A permanent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join a busy Contact Centre team. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels
