Job Summary:

To be actively engaged in the Maintenance processes for customers. The expectation is that this individual will demonstrate a proactive and positive desire to deliver the best possible customer experience throughout their journey.

This will involve undertaking administration duties relating to the post-sale servicing process stages for various offices, as well as proactively contributing to designing and delivering the most positive experience for customers.

What You’ll Do:

Be an active and positive team member focused on providing the best possible customer experience within the Maintenance process for existing customers. Specifics will include:

  • Proactively identify enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation
  • Identify, understand, and collate customer needs, requirements, and feedback
  • Build working relationships by co-operating with and supporting colleagues
  • Proactively take ownership for self-development and demonstrate the desire to progress your career.
