Regulatory Compliance Manager & MLRO

We are seeking an experienced eGaming compliance professional to join the team as a Regulatory Compliance Manager & MLRO.

This role sits within a dynamic environment that delivers both professional consultancy and managed services to a portfolio of international gaming clients. You’ll work with some of the most innovative remote gambling operators worldwide, helping them operate efficiently and in full compliance with relevant regulations.

You’ll play a key role in developing and managing forward-thinking compliance concepts and frameworks that keep services at the forefront of the industry.

A central part of the position involves acting as the AML Officer (MLRO, DMLRO, and/or AML/CFT Compliance Officer) for your own portfolio of clients, supported by a team known for its robust compliance and risk mitigation strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement customised AML/CFT/CPF risk frameworks tailored to various eGaming business models. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—creativity and adaptability are key.
• Collaborate with Licensing and Corporate Governance teams to deliver seamless consultancy and managed services.
• Participate in diverse consultancy projects, including licensing applications, regulatory health checks, Board-level training, corporate development, bespoke policy creation, and simulated regulatory inspections.
• Support business initiatives by tailoring internal and client-facing policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Contribute to the maintenance and testing of internal compliance policies and processes.
• Gain professional experience working with emerging business models and products across multiple jurisdictions.

About You:

We’re looking for a passionate and organised individual with experience in a regulated environment, particularly in eGaming compliance and AML/CFT/CPF operations.

• Experience in an eGaming compliance role, preferably within B2C licensed operations.
• Prior experience serving as an MLRO, DMLRO, and/or AML/CFT Compliance Officer for a regulated business.
• A confident, approachable attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
• A solid understanding of broader regulatory compliance landscapes.
