Role Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Team Support and Supervision

  • Responsibility for the team mailbox, responding to queries in a priority order and setting up and managing alerts.
  • Coordinate the training programme for clients and key role holders.
  • Undertake first line Customer Due Diligence reviews and screening in accordance with company procedures, escalating to senior team members.
  • Organise Customer Due Diligence bundles for AML/CFT Officer and MLRO review.
  • Update and administer the team regulatory responsibilities tracker.
  • Oversee the client policy and procedure library for regulated entities.
  • Assist with client compliance reviews such as website checks and software approvals.
  • Assist with the administration of client audits.
  • Update client records.

Client Management and Reporting

  • Provide support to the AML/CFT Officers and MLROs with client matters.
  • Support the processing of new gambling and cannabis licence applications.
  • Support the transferring in of new business.
  • Support and assist with the handover of new clients.
  • Support the AML/CFT Officers and MLROs to develop and create policies and procedures.

Communication

  • Demonstrate collaborative working with the Administration Team on gambling matters.
  • Take a positive role in team meetings.
  • Be able to adapt to different situations and stakeholders.
  • Promote positive working relationships.
