Role Description
We are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join our small team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role is likely to involve travel to develop new markets, visit trade shows and clients.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
Desirable:
- Business development, sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities
- Experience with foreign exchange, banking or other financial services
- Understanding of basic CRM software
