Overview: An international, fully remote company specialising in high-end infrastructure services for blockchain and other ecosystems. We collaborate closely with key developer teams across various platforms, leveraging our globally distributed RPC and validator deployments.

Job Description: We seek a proactive and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the efficient functioning of our blockchain technology company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that promote the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise daily business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability. Collaborate with our corporate service team and accountants to ensure compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff to achieve operational goals. Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve personnel issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies. Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in business management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
